Adaptive diving

Dive safer for you and your dive buddy

React Right is SSI’s first aid and emergency course: you will receive the training and knowledge to act as a first responder in a medical emergency. You will be able to choose the topics that interest you, such as primary care, first aid, CPR and primary stabilization techniques, and the administration of oxygen in emergency situations during diving.

How is the course developed?

To be able to access the theoretical part of the course, you must pay €100 in registration, the rest of the course will be paid at the end.

Online theory

You can do the theory online
comfortably in your home and when it is finished, we will specify the dates for the CPR and oxygenation practices.

If you do not have your SSI profile, you can create it here or we will create it for you.

Sessions

By paying the registration you will have access to the course in your SSI profile.
When you obtain your certification, you will be able to respond and administer first aid, CPR and oxygen and offer assistance with an AED in the event of a medical emergency.

Certification

With all this and the final exam, you will obtain your SSI REACT RIGHT First Aid certificate.

Previous requirements

Anyone can access this course. It is not necessary to be a diver.

Course duration

This course lasts approximately 8-12 hours, depending on whether the theory is in person or online.
This course does not include training sessions in the water.

In order to be certified in STRESS & RESCUE, you first need your first aid certification like our REACT RIGHT

We collaborate and provide logistical support to the OCTOPUS association for the conservation of the seabed of Tarifa Island.

OCTOPUS TARIFA is a non-profit association that is interested in the conservation of the seabed of the Island of Tarifa, which is within the Strait of Gibraltar Natural Park.
In addition to beach cleanups and awareness talks at schools, we monitor the bottom of the island daily with the support of LEONMARINO and its divers, collecting plastics and abandoned fishing gear and reporting any incident observed to the Natural Park.
