Las Palomas Island
Ideal place for diving in Cádiz
Immersion around the island with different depths, depending on the experience of the diver.
We start in Puerto Fenicio, Atlántico, to finish in Playa Chica, Mediterranean.
To do this dive you need to be a certified diver in the SCOOTER DPV specialty.

Between two seas: the Mediterranean and the Atlantic.
With about 12 diving spots around the island, for all levels with depths between 3 meters and 40 meters and, mainly, full of life. A special enclave within the Estrecho Natural Park with a unique biodiversity.
Profile
The dive may have a different profile depending on the diver’s certification.
- The first option is the return between the large stones and recesses closest to the island, no deeper than 15m.
- The second option, only for experts, can be reached up to 40m. in Punta Marroquí. We can see large groupers, visit the San Andrés wreck and the amphora field.
- To be able to do this dive it is necessary to have a qualification SCOOTER DPV

We dive every day with small groups by level, open and advanced, minimum 2 groups. We do not make forecasts, we organize ourselves according to the state of the sea every day and every moment.

BREATHE DEEPLY. The air we breathe is the most important and fundamental part of our diving equipment. Our BAUER-certified charging station only fills bottles with PURE AIR. Free of moisture, oil, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. We are the only diving center in Tarifa with PURE-AIR certification</ a>.
We collaborate and provide logistical support to the OCTOPUS association for the conservation of the seabed of Tarifa Island.
OCTOPUS TARIFA is a non-profit association that is interested in the conservation of the seabed of the Island of Tarifa, which is within the Strait of Gibraltar Natural Park.
In addition to beach cleanups and awareness talks at schools, we monitor the bottom of the island daily with the support of LEONMARINO and its divers, collecting plastics and abandoned fishing gear and reporting any incident observed to the Natural Park.
